October 2025 Update
As the nights draw in, the leaves fall and the vines turn a rustic golden red we wanted to share a little update of what we having been doing.
Whilst the harvest has now been completed, the hard work does not stop; the vines are being prepared for the next growing season, this involves ensuring all dead fruit has been removed and the necessary irrigation work undertaken to support the crucial rooting system. Taking time to do this ensures the very best conditions for next years crop to flourish.
Away from the vines we have been working hard on perfecting the website, this has resulted in us recently launching the facility for you to book camping, caravan and cottage stays directly with us. Direct booking can be found by clicking on the below:
We have also booked in our first external event – on the 28th November we will have a stall at the Tutbury Christmas Lights Festival – featuring our brand new gazebo. More information on the festival can be found by CLICKING HERE Our stall will be selling our award winning English Wines and local cheeses and select accompaniments as part of our drive to support local farmers.
Further afield, as we head into 2026 we are now focussing on bringing some very unique and luxurious events and experiences to the Sealwood Estate. We cannot say much at this stage (we don’t want to spoil the surprises) but rest assured what we have planned will be fantastic. Test events are getting underway VERY soon and promise to be spectacular!
